    Yes, you can. I do it by - Right click in the model library and select "Add File System Document" and then choose pdf file.
    Enterprise Architect is collaborative modelling tool that allows teams to work together. So any EA file could be a shared project.
    Enterprise Architect shared repository is another way you could say it
    X stands for eXtended for small workgroup sharing. QEAX files are intended to be shared by a small group.
    In EA16 when you create a new repository the default file format is qea/qeax. Basically it repalces eap/eapx. So accessing *.qea is very much identical to accessing *.eap files
